Hi, I’m Richard Fields, CEO of Heritage Home Buyers and I live in Sugar Land, TX. I sold my civil engineering company to my partners after 35 years in the industry. My wife, Becky, and I started buying and flipping houses in 2014 and love helping people solve their real estate problems. I have a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and pride myself on planning functional rehabbed homes. As a civil engineer, I solved big problems by designing roads, bridges and waterways. As a real estate investor, I now solve problems for individual home owners who need to change or improve their living quarters.

Whether you are a home owner, a home buyer, a landlord, are facing foreclosure, or you just inherited property, my job is to find a mutually beneficial solution for you and me. What satisfies me most at Heritage is adding value to properties, and to people’s lives. Hi, I’m Becky Fields. Besides being the one that balances my husband’s engineer personality, I am the President of Heritage Home Buyers. I’m also a realtor with eXp Realty. I have a background in financial management, and was the CFO of the engineering business before it got too big for me. Several years ago Richard came home and mentioned a guy on the radio talking every day about real estate investing. He thought I might be interested since we were about to graduate our seventh child from high school. Little did I know Richard would soon sell the firm to his younger staff and we would start another company. It’s been an educational experience and now we are beginning to help a good number of people. We have a vision for helping a lot of people not only in Houston, but across the country.
